Throughout his career, Bryan has been a rising star. He has worked in the food and beverage industry, the B2B space, the B2C space, Software (SaaS), and most recently as the president of an outsourcing company, revolutionizing the way outsourcing is done by providing small business owners with the ability to scale their business with cost-effective staffing solutions.
After working with thousands of business owners, helping them in various capacities and being an integral part of their growth, he decided to establish The Fig Consulting Group to help other leaders and business owners grow their business by establishing the right procedures and workflows and optimizing their operational footprint.
Bryan has also had many speaking engagements, including a presentation for the British Columbia Bar Association addressing the importance that technology plays in being able to set up your business properly for maximum growth.
When Bryan is not hard at work driving the vision of the firm forward, he spends his time with his wife, Mia, and their 4-legged best friend, Cinnamon, going on walks and hikes, trying out new restaurants, and traveling.
